c1960s Luigi Colani for Dresdner Bank green plastic elephant money box

This little elephant was designed by Luigi Colani for Dresdner Bank as a money box. This elephant is made of matte green plastic. It is stamped "Dresdner Bank" between the legs on one side of the elephant. This elephant has no opening at the base so I think that this one was used for decorative/advertising purposes by the Bank rather than being given to young savers but that is my opinion.
